A safety charity has forced the HSE to hand over information so that it can track how it deals with work-related deaths
The Information Commissioner (IC) has ruled that the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) must provide names of those who have died in work-related deaths.
The decision follows a request by a safety charity.
The Center for Corporate Accountability wants the information so that it can publicise the circumstances of work-related deaths and track how they are being dealt with by prosecutors.
