How engaged is your board with risk management?
StrategicRISK has launched a board engagement survey in partnership with FM Global to better understand the level of engagement between European risk managers and their boards.
Board engagement is crucial not only for risk managers to get their voices heard, but also so that their recommendations are acted upon.
However, while some risk managers enjoy high levels of engagement with the board, others continue to struggle in isolation.
