    I'm confused by this article. It seems to posit that while Social Media will damage a company's reputation value--which is somehow related to Ocean Tomo's determination that 75% of an enterprises value is intangible--enterprise risk management will create a system and culture to identify risks and opportunities. How does ERM relate to social media or reputation value; how does reputation value related to intangible value; and what in this article speaks to anything other than traditional risk management, as in, create systems to prevent adverse events?
