Denton Wilde Sapte LLP launches Markets in Financial Instruments Directive website
Denton Wilde Sapte has launched a Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) website today, providing a complete guide to the directive and what actions firms must take to meet it.
The EU directive will come into force on 1 November 2007, and will affect any institution doing investment business in the UK or Europe.
Banking partner Robert Finney said: "The changes that MiFID brings are fundamental in many cases, and businesses must have started addressing a number of them already to make sure that they are compliant by November."
