Euro 47m higher than initial agreement
AXA has completed the sale of its principal Dutch insurance operations, comprising 100% of AXA Netherlands, Winterthur Netherlands and DBV Netherlands, for Euro1,797m (£1.2bn).
In June, SNS Reaal Group said it had agreed to buy the activities for Euro 1.75bn.
The sale was completed on September 5, 2007.
