
Hakki Sarp
Hakki Sarp has been enterprise risk manager at Germany-based life sciences organisation Qiagen since June 2025, where he leads the design and continuous evolution of the global ERM framework across 25 countries. He has more than 15 years of experience of shaping global risk, governance and control environments across complex, regulated and fast scaling organisations.
Some of his previous roles include global risk, governance and compliance coordinator at Delivery Hero, as well as senior risk and control manager at Yemeksepeti.
Sarp specialises in building and evolving enterprise-wide risk frameworks and internal control systems that strive to go beyond compliance to enable strategic decision-making, organisational resilience and performance at scale.
He is also a member of the Verdantix Risk Council, has spoken at Corporate Risk Minds Berlin and Verdantix Transformation Summit Amsterdam, and writes on ESG, AI governance and risk transformation. He is based in NRW Germany.
