I would say that from a business viewpoint socio-political-economic unrest is kind of encapsulated in the reports number one risk - loss of customers and orders - as it is these factors which are driving this particular risk I would say. Therefore (as always) you then need good people to use their experience, talent and skills to counter or contain these impacts hence why I think skills is the number two risk. In my experience when times are hard people tend to search for the benefit of someone else's experience, whereas when times are good they tend to rely more on their own.
