People are always the biggest risk Nathan - and something you can do something about. Political, economic and social risks need to be managed - but they're out of your hands. All you need do is keep an eye out for changes happening, and ensure you're ready to face them.

But if you don't have the right, talented people on board, your company is dead in the water. This has been highlighted as the biggest risk within companies for years and years. With talent comes innovation - without innovation, no business.
