This is a great idea. I am less certain about the breakthrough, as Alexei Sidorenko, I and several others have advocated this type of business relevant business reporting for years.

Business leaders and boards do not care about risks, nor should they. Their focus is, and must be, on ethically meeting strategic and business objectives … and risk management must design their reporting accordingly to be relevant.

This ALSO means that decisions must be taken with this certainty metric in mind to avoid unrealistic targets imposed on project managers with no chance of delivering.

Risk management is NOT a function or standalone process but an integrated part of business management.
