An AIRMIC survey shows that contractors have to take on an ever-widening range of risks in order to win business. Risks traditionally borne by the client are now being included within contractual obligations, says AIRMIC's contractors SIG, which includes many of the UK's largest companies.
The majority of members (65%) felt that this shift of responsibility was becoming unacceptable.
